How To Create A Full cPanel Backup In Hostgator

A complete back-up is a back-up of all of your information, e-mail, data source, etc. To run a complete back-up, you cannot obtain the complete back-up right away. The back-up needs time to execute and the server will deliver you an e-mail once the back-up is ready to obtain. Below are actions to inquiring the back-up to be conducted.

 If you would like to obtain the back-up from cPanel, you may follow these:

  •    First, click Backups
  •   Second, click Generate or Download the Full Backup
  •   Third, in the place of “Backups Available for Download” you need to click a link with file name.
  •   Fourth, now it will begin to download.
  • Fifth, just after than you should select destination on the PC, this destination will lead you where you actually want to save that.
  •  Sixth, now click Save.

Restoring a “Home Directory Backup” in cPanel

To reinstate your information from a “Home Directory Backup” in cPanel, you may follow these rules:

  •     First, login to your cPanel and just click Backups.
  •    Second, click the Surf key next to the choice which says “Restore a Home Directory.”
  •   Third, select the cPanel back-up computer file which you want renewed.
  •  Fourth, click the “Open Button” and simply choose the “Upload Button.”

Your web page should be operating again.

Restoring MySQL “Partial” Backup in cPanel

To restore a data source from a MySQL Backup in cPanel, follow these:
